“With EXTEND7000 we bring SCADA functionalities and maintenance into perfect symbiosis.”

Our international team of highly skilled system integrators are vertical industry experts who specialise in mobile applications and also have extensive knowledge of process automation for PLCs and SCADA. Working as a team, we ensure you are up and running with EXTEND7000 and seeing a return on investment in the shortest possible timeframe.

Although the exact time depends on the complexity of the project, it typically takes between 2 and 9 weeks to implement EXTEND7000. This spans the first stages of developing an implementation plan, project preparation and database configuration through to training, user acceptance testing and final go live.
A project plan will be agreed describing the project tasks, milestones and individual responsibilities of SCHAD and the customer. The customer will be asked to assign project resources and supply details of the systems to be integrated and monitored.
Our team of engineers will use the EXTEND7000 System Manager, Migrator and Project Manager to construct EXTEND7000 databases from data extracts supplied by the customer. During this time, we work closely with our customers’ engineering experts to maximise system performance before final data is imported in preparation for UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Our technical support team will install the software remotely, load the EXTEND7000 database and commission the solution to ensure connectivity is available to all systems and the mobile devices. The solution will be released to the Customer for UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
EXTEND7000 is intuitive and requires minimal end user training. Our ‘train the trainer’ sessions provide material to help plan and design the internal training course. Advanced sessions for senior engineers provide the knowledge transfer for incorporating the changes to support your evolving automation systems. Technical sessions for IT staff explain the architecture of the EXTEND7000 system, fault diagnosis and maintenance requirements.
Our project managers will design a programme of suitable courses to best meet your individual needs and ensure the right individuals attend each course.
After go-live, SCHAD will assign an engineer to provide remote support throughout the first day EXTEND7000 is live in your plant. By providing support remotely, we are able to ensure access is available to our technical support team at all times in the unlikely event of a systems issue.
