EXTEND7000 is a SCADA application purpose designed for use with mobile devices. Automated alert notifications are delivered direct to appropriately skilled engineers in the vicinity of the equipment who can also use the mobile device as a diagnostic tool to read and write to system parameters.
EXTEND7000 is a family of Mobile software products for maintenance engineering built on a highly scalable platform capable of supporting multiple site implementations using a distributed model. Automated alert notifications are delivered direct to an appropriately skilled engineers in the vicinity of the equipment in under 6 seconds from the fault occurring.
- Team workflow
The Mobile user can accept, revoke, delegate or resolve a notification. Transitory notifications are automatically closed.
- Notification escalation
Escalate notifications to a wider group of users if a notification is not accepted within a period of time. Multiple escalation levels are supported.
- Monitoring and Controlling
Use the Mobile as a diagnostics tool to read and optionally write to parameters. Quickly locate the parameters by browsing through the plant hierarchy.
- Review notification history
Identify repetitive faults or the last engineer to work on the equipment.
- View documents or CCTV
Upload notification relevant technical documents to the Mobile or view streaming video or still pictures from ip cameras.
